For a brief time I will be reveling in life from the Amalfi Coast once the respite of Greta Garbo, Jackie Kennedy, Henry Ibsen, DH Lawrence and Gore Vidal. Garbo brought me here the first time, Liz - was it 2002? And I knew I would return.
