I have a slight fetish for these amazing machines. This one has been outside the building where I work since the spring. While the noise of the building site is pretty intense, I enjoy peering up during my break to view the lofty thing swinging its mighty arm left and right. Leaving work the other day, I noticed that the setting sun was caught by the very top panel of the building opposite. I looked up and it was as though the roof facade were being illuminated from below. This is a composite using picstitch collage, duomatic and Camera+ apps for iPhone.
