In 2016, there are a few changes in our life. I took up an offer to work in a company in Bay Area, California. Hence, you would be seeing more posting around our lives in USA.

After Delhi and Agra, we went to Jaipur. It is known as the pink city as the old city area is painted with pink (although the color is more like rusty brown/red).
Finally a good weather day, so I manage to capture some photos with blue sky.
Here, we visited the Amber Fort (yes, same name as my newborn) and Maharaja (King) Palace. En route, we stop by Wind Palace.

The journey continued from Delhi to Agra which is the home of Taj Mahal. Frankly, I am a little dissapointed with Taj Mahal as I am expecting a monument that can WOW me. Somehow, I think it is nice from the exterior, interior is too dark to see properly. Anyway, interior of Taj Mahal is forbidden to take photos although I still see many Indians do it.
In Agra, we visited Akbar Tomb, Agra Red Fort and Taj Mahal.

Amber is my 10 weeks old daughter. Now we are temporary in Bangalore, India.
Thaipusam is a festival celebrated by Tamil Indian devotees in Malaysia. It offers worship to Lord Murugan. It is a bizzare event and has been shot for Discovery Channel.
Some devotees will spears themselves as part of sacrifice. Apparently, they don't really feel the pain and I don't see any blood oozing out.
Strange? See it to believe it.

I guess I will miss some nice place in the US. Looks like I will not go there in the short term... miss the peoples, the places and the shoppings.
