Two pictures near the "most photographed village in England". Playing with filters that come as standard with the Gimp (Photoshop equivalent for Linux and FREE). I am always curious how acceptable people find this sort of messing about, I habitually maximise contrast range and add a little warmth in the midranges but seldom do more, some of these filters are very intrusive on the original especially things like the "sunny day"one.
