The Devils Arrows
January 4, 2014
From Wikipedia "The Devil's Arrows are three standing stones or menhirs in an alignment erected near where the A1 road now crosses the River Ure at Boroughbridge in North Yorkshire, England (grid reference SE390666)."
Allegedly there used to be five of them, difficult to see but they are in a pretty good straight line, I would like to spend the time trying to get a better picture, as there is a really good wood supplier, John Boddy's, in Boroughbridge I might get the chance.
