irony can be location

beggars are becoming a more common sight than ever before on the streets of my town. every corner and even suburban areas. As the crisis and austerity bites hard, people are becoming more and more desperate and the passers by, more and more desensitized. More inventive means of attracting sympathy are now being employed. Children are a more common sight. My view is that is I see a child being exploited for begging, I won't give a cent. Please, if you see children begging or "mothers and children, don't give! If nobody gives to children on the streets, they will stop being used, exploited and put in danger.
