Bright, white light this morning. Imagine the light NDE* folks describe when they are compelled to enter the tunnel and see the loved ones who have passed before them.

And 'wedding white' the adjective that came to mind. Odd, I was adamant about ecru at my wedding.

Warm, foggy and bright. Not engulfed in fog, three young girls and their parents brought out the kites, built a sand castle and had some minutes in the white sands. Though most of the early spring breakers are elsewhere. Silence except for the tidal melody.

Gorgeous, all of it.

Today is the anniversary of my dear friend, Liz. Our world is a better place for having her in it. Celebrate!
