On my birthday I had friends round and we had had a lot to drink when I remembered that I had been watching a Nikon 80-400mm VR lens on ebay, stupidly I went online. These and the next couple of postings are the results of my first experiments with it. I can handhold it at 1/20 when it is set to 400mm but it eats batteries...
