I inappropriately have named this album the green monster disregarding the fact that we were sitting directly against it, therefore I couldn't take any pictures of it. Fenway Park was everything that it is made out to be. The fans in this city were all about baseball and as my favorite sport it made me very happy to see. What was also impressive was the amount of Red Sox fans we saw through out the day and treated us friendly. Might sound corny but they were pretty welcoming and warm to our proudly displayed Detroit stuff. There was some heckling at the game but what fun would it be with out it? The second we got off the train for the park the atmosphere was great. Street vendors and fans were everywhere. The ball park was extremely old but kept up so well. The rustic feel was great and it was so so so small. The food, oh the food, blew Comerica out of the water. The hot dogs, the nachos, and every beer imaginable was just done much better. We love the ballpark in Detroit and this one was a close second for us. We just wish the Tigers could have pulled of a win.
